Vandermeer in Madrid to inform Don Sebastian de la Quadra that if King of Spain does not release Dutch ships seized by Spanish guarda costas in America, they will send a squadron of six men-of-war and four frigates commanded by Admiral Schryver to West-Indies, as no contraband goods were aboard the ships.
