Our Horticultural Association.— We have just learned the secret why our villagers have so generously patronized the seed establishment of Taylor & Barns, where good reliable seeds can be obtained at all times, and are now so busily engaged from "early dawn to dewy eve" in their gardens. It is just this— pardon us for "letting the cat out of the bag"—we are to have a Horticultural Fair next fall, and it seems to be the determination of each gardener and florist to make the occasion one to be long remembered as a new era in our village history. N. H. White, Esq., has thrown down the gauntlet for J. W. Cook, Esq., and others to take up. If they do it, the next fair of that Association will not be a failure, if thy warming beams, O sun, and thy fructifying drops, O rain, are not wanting.
