EXHIBITS WILL CLOSE NEXT WEDNESDAY
Was in Spain During Barcelona Uprising--Realistic Bull Fight.
F. Luis Mora, of this city, is conducting an exhibition of paintings at the Macbeth gallery in Fifth avenue, near Fortieth street, New York. The paintings, which are in oil, were done by Mr. Mora during a sojourn in Spain recently.
They portray the costumes and habitations of the populace and royalty, and in the group are several scenic canvasses. One of Mr. Mora's most interesting studies is a picture of a Spanish bull fight, which is said to be a realistic likeness of the cruel sport.
Mr. Mora was in Spain during the Barcelona uprising and secured some fine material for canvasses. He is a member of the Students' Art Club and the Lotus Club, of New York.
Mr. Mora also directs an art class and has obtained recognition from eminent art critics.
The exhibition will remain open until next Wednesday. Several people from this city will view the paintings before the exhibition closes.
