CLEVELAND, OHIO - (ANP)- Jim Brown, the speedy Cleveland Browns fullback, was thrown for a loss last week in Traffic Court. Brown was arrested for speeding 45 mph in a 25-mph zone and he also was charged with driving his white Thunderbird convertible with a New York driver's license. Judge Anthony Rutkowski discharged the driving license charge on Brown's promise that he would apply for an Ohio license at once. He called the case early after Brown informed the court that he would be fined $50 if he failed to make it to the Browns' practice on time.
