Manufacturers Meeting.—A meeting of the Citizens of Erie county, in New York, friendly to the encouragement of American manufactures, was held in Buffalo, on the 26th ult. and resolutions approving the proceedings of the late Harrisburg convention and for memorialising congress, were passed.

Thomas B. Porter, Doct. C. Chapin, J. Smith, M. M. Dox and S. H. Silsbury, were appointed a committee of correspondence. Dr. Chapin was, we believe, a member, of the Harrisburg convention.

A committee was appointed to draft and publish an address to the citizens of the county.
