Continue Guerilla Warfare
Juarez, July 11.-Admitting defeat in his organized revolution, General Jascqual Orozco today made it plain that guerilla warfare is being planned to harrass the Mexican government but it is contemplated to have neither friction nor alliance with any foreign government. Declaring that the Madero government has circulated false stories to injure the rebels, Orozco said "we don't want any foreign complications; our fight is in Mexico alone."

Nine columns of rebels have been sent in all directions, some south to attempt to cut out General Huerta's communication Chihuahua to Torreon and others westward to assist in the invasion of Sonora.

Orozco also gave attention to the situation in Mormon colonies, repeating his promise that foreigners and their property will not be molested.
