EAGAN'S COURT-MARTIAL.

Arrangements for Public Sessions to Begin Wednesday.

Active steps will be taken today by Colonel Davis, judge advocate of the Eagan court-martial, to arrange the details for the trial.

General Merritt, president of the court, and the other members are expected to reach Washington today and tomorrow.

Anticipating that the trial will be held with open doors, arrangements are being made for the accommodation of a certain number of newspaper men who will report the proceedings.

Ample space has been secured for the sittings at the Ebbitt House, and army officers say the court will meet and organize on Wednesday, and the hearing will begin on the following day.
