The Senior Hi-Y of Roosevelt High School held their 20th annual talent show March 20 and 21 in the school auditorium. The show was entitled "Give me the Beat"
The winners were Martha Jackson, the Corsairs, the Modernettes, The Regents, and the Jazzettes all from Roosevelt and the True Notes from Emerson.
Robert Crow, Vivian Carter, and Lucky Cordell were the judges for the contest. The show was directed by A.K. Williams and Elaine Bly.
