SECOND EVERGREEN BAPTIST

Rev. C. L. Hayes, pastor. The 11 o'clock service was excellent on Sunday; Sunday school at 9:30.

Rev. C. L. Hayes preached a wonderful sermon at 8:30 p. m. on the subject "Therefore There Is No Condemnation To Those That Walk After The Flesh." Our deacons have on a five weeks' rally beginning last Sunday night, Sept. 30.

Deacons as follows: A. R. Dantignac, H. W. Williams, Grant Stevens, Mose Swint, Henry Wright, Willie Burns. We are still progressing and we have enrolled four old members and one candidate during the month of September.

God is still with us.

We are planning to start our fall revival. The pulpit club is doing fine, also the home mission. The committees on Pulpit club are as follows: Sis. Eva Jordan, president; committee of home mission, Sis. Mattie Wright, president; Dea. A. R. Dantignac, church clerk.
