GET ARMY COMMISSIONS - James L. Person, right center, Roxboro, N. C., and Daniel W. Womack, right, Greensboro, N. C., who were graduated from A&T College last week, received commissions as second lieutenants under the U. S. Army ROTC.

Person, an honor student and who has applied for a regular commission, is being presented a Certificate of Meritorious Leadership Achievement by Dr. Warmouth T. Gibbs, president of the college as Lt. Col. Aubrey L. Williams, in charge of the A&T Army ROTC unit, looks on.
