Washington, March 7.-Legislators of the new administration will discuss the program with President Harding at a dinner for Republican leaders at the White House tonight.
President Harding will preside at the first meeting of the cabinet.
The call went out today for the session tomorrow.
It was announced that the cabinet meeting would be of a general character and that it would not take up the questions between Panama and Costa Rica.
These questions are expected to be laid before the cabinet at the general dinner tonight.
A date for the special session of Congress agreed on. No definite date for cabinet meetings has been set upon. In the main they were held during the week on Tuesday in the Wilson administration.
The question of the special session of Congress was discussed by the President today with Senator Underwood of Alabama who understood that a date during the first half of April would be selected.
A delay of a month or so in calling the extra session also was urged upon President Harding by Senator Robinson of Arkansas. Mr. Robinson indicated that the session would not be held before the 10th of April.
