Last night a large company of noblemen and gentlemen who are to compose the new administration dined with his grace the duke of Portland at Burlington House. When the proposed arrangement was discussed and settled in all its parts as far as it can be settled till the king's pleasure is known. Matters are understood to be in such forwardness that the plan can be submitted to his majesty on Monday, and the principal appointments be announced in the Gazette by Tuesday.
