Spanish Opinions of Our Cabinet.—The Spanish organ of the authorities of Cuba, El Cronica, very significantly intimates that the cabinet of President Taylor ought to be dismissed for their conduct in the Cuban affair. This is not at all singular. But we like to begin in the right place. Their other acts—their inordinate thirst for Galphinizing the country, not being the least of these—should have sent them adrift long ago, in their leaky, old seven-oared gig. However, "mene, mene, tekel, upharsin," has been written on the walls which they desecrate and disgrace, and the people rejoice that their days are numbered. We care not a fig for the opinions of Spain on the cabinet—they have not anything refreshing on the subject. We can be disgusted with their conduct, without the concurrence of any other people.
