Eastern Montana Men Plan Flathead Move

C. B. Miller arrived in Ronan Tuesday from Havre where he has spent several weeks buying and shipping cattle to the coast markets. He was forced to leave his car at Havre by reason of the deep snow which has fallen there recently. Miller states that the thermometer registered 14 below zero at Havre. He was glad to get back to Ronan in the Garden of the Rockies. Miller says that during his stay on the east side he found many families who are planning on moving to the Flathead this coming year, and five families have definitely arranged to move here. The publicity given western Montana and the Flathead has interested many prospective settlers and word taken back by those who have been here and have seen for themselves has decided eastern Montana farmers to come here. Miller will return to Havre in a few days and resume his business of buying and shipping stock and will return with his car when the roads permit.
