A gentleman in Wilmington, N. C. writes to his friend in New-York, under date of the 21st ult. that Mr. Adams and his measures are becoming daily more popular in North-Carolina; so much so that he will have a majority of votes in that State over any other candidate at the next Presidential election.

The result of the Ohio and New-Jersey elections will stimulate the real friends of the Administration, and determine the course of that numerous class of politicians who all like to vote on the strong side.
