They tell us from Amsterdam, that a Letter is handed about there, which says, that a Negociation is certainly on Foot, perhaps a Convention actually made, between the Kings of Poland and Prussia; in Consequence of which the Body of Troops that were assembled in the Neighbourhood of Leipsick, are to return to their old Quarters, and the two Courts are to send Ministers again to each other. And another Letter from a good Hand says, that the King of Poland has engaged not to assist in an Invasion of Silesia, nor to augment his Body of Auxiliary Troops; which, however, he will leave at the Queen of Hungary's Disposal. Whether these Accounts are true or false a very little Time will determine.
