Pennsville. who receives a degree from the College of Liberal Arts: Miss Sylvia Rowland of Roxbury, who completes a course in the College of Education; Lou Evans, of Brokaw. who graduates from the College of Commerce, and Vincent P. Creighton, of Stockport, who finishes a two year course in electrical engineering.
