Mr. J. M. Culvert, of Egbert, is stopping at Dyer's.
Mr. W. O. Downey, of Laramie City, is in town.
Mr. O. Stigers returned home to Laramie City last evening.
Mr. F. K. Chaffee, Fort McKinney, is registered at the Union Pacific.
Hon. Homer Merrill came down from Rawlins yesterday and returned on No. 3.
Mr. E. W. Rollins, the Denver financier, and wife, came up yesterday and went west.
Mr. Bruce, the late Mississippi United States senator, is not an applicant for office. The president wishes there were more like him.
Hon. A. H. Reel and family returned home last evening on the delayed No. 3. They have been visiting in the east for several months.
At the Inter Ocean: E. C. Blair, J. H. Burnham, Chugwater; T. E. Bugbee, San Francisco; S. Doty, Denver; G. W. Roberts, Omaha.
J. C. Flood, jr., was a west bound passenger yesterday. The young gentleman is a quiet, unassuming fellow, and derives his distinction from being the son of a big pile of ducats.
A party of New Yorkers, consisting of Cornelius J. Vanderbilt, brother to Wm. H., E. D. Luxton and J. C. Yeoman, all friends of Mr. G. M. Jones, of the Union Pacific, passed through yesterday on their way to the Pacific coast.
