They write from Vienna, that all the ill News that has come to that City since the taking of Orsova, occasion'd the Emperor to express himself in this Manner: Good God! Is it possible that Prince Eugene should carry with him to the Grave all my Happiness, and the Bravery of my Subjects! In short, People are lately so accustomed to ill News at Vienna, that Intelligence of the least Shadow of Advantage over the Turks, not only causes Joy, but Surprize; which was the Case upon hearing that the Turks retir'd from before Ratisha.
