Our Envoys.
It seems a little mysterious, that any arrival from Europe, bringing London dates to August 4, and Paris dates to July 29, should furnish nothing decisive respecting our Envoys to France. The Boston Mercury of yesterday, from which the late foreign news in this day's paper was extracted, contains only the following article on the subject: "We cannot find that the reports current yesterday of the departure of our Envoys from France, are supported by either printed or oral information."
