Full Text
Nothing new happens in this quarter, trade being at a low ebb, only one lucrative branch remains, Bankruptcy. It is not yet universally followed, but has turned so much to the honour and profit of some who have engaged in it, that unless our Magistrates should, by weak and ill advice, throw obstacles in the way, it is not to be doubted but it will in a short time grow more general, redound to the advantage and reputation of this country, and restore it to its ancient splendour.
