TORY OUTRAGE.
A gang of Federal Tories in the town of Providence, on Monday night last, seized on a Privateer that was fitted out in that port, carried her out from the wharf, and SCUTTLED and SUNK her! This treasonable procedure, will afford great 'comfort,' and joy to our enemies in Canada and England. What think you, fellow-citizens, of men who lower their flags half-mast, when captured American vessels are re-taken from the British, and who SINK American privateers for fear they will be instrumental in re-capturing our property?!
