Octob. 11. We hear his Majesty has been pleased to appoint Beaumont Hotham, Esq; one of the Commissioners of the Customs, in the Room of Edward Trelawny, Esq; now Governor of Jamaica; Richard Sommers, Esq; in the Room of George Drummond, Esq; Colin Campbell, in the Room of Sir James Campbell, his Brother, all Commissioners of the Customs; and ---- Tudor, Esq; Secretary to the Customs, in the Room of Mr. Hotham; as also Sir Robert Dickson, a Commissioner of the Excise, in the Room of Mr. Sommers.
