ANCHORAGE TO VOTE
ON THREE PROPOSALS
ANCHORAGE, Alaska.- City and school district voters go to the polls Tuesday, January 25, to consider three key propositions. In brief they are:
(1) Whether the city should float $460,000 in general obligation bonds to finance completion of the telephone exchange and paving projects;
(2) Whether the city should release its land rights in block 36 (three lots) to the Alaska Native Service as a hospital site;
(3) Whether the school district should issue $1,600,000 in general obligation bonds for the purpose of erecting additional classrooms.
