Labor Leaders Cited to Appear in Contempt of Court Case.

Washington, D.C., June 26.—Justice Wright of the district supreme court today issued a ruling against Gompers, Morrison and Mitchell, labor leaders, requiring them to show cause on July 17th why they should not be judged guilty of contempt of court.

This action followed the filing of a report of a special committee of attorneys appointed by Wright to inquire into the matter of the contempt proceedings in the Bucks Stove & Range boycott case.
