Full Text

Hays Steam Laundry.

Hays this week made another step forward. Fred Iliff, who has run a laundry here many years, has made a combination by which the laundry will remain in its present building near the Presbyterian church for at least five years, and a complete steam laundry outfit will be put in at once, giving Hays a steam laundry equalling the best west of Topeka.

It will be under the management of Mr. Iliff, and will give employment to quite a force of helpers. That will help build up our city and keep lots of money and labor here that was going to Eastern towns.
