HAWAIIAN GUARDS POISONED

Royalists Deny That They Had Anything To Do With It.

SAN FRANCISCO, April 23.-The barkentine Irma arrived from Honolulu tonight bringing advices up to April 12. On the night of April 11, 60 members of the Hawaiian national guard were taken with violent vomiting spells. The men showed signs of poison and it was charged that an employe of the Royalists put poison in the men's food. This was indignantly denied by the Royalists. No steps have been taken to restore the Queen to throne.
