LONDON, March 5.

When the last letters were received from America, which are dated the 31st of December, the port of Boston was full of shipping from different parts of the world. London serge had a good market as had various other British articles. A ship from Persia, with raw silk, had arrived. A French ship, laden with the same commodity, arrived there two days before, but did not sell a single article, it being scarce better than a kind of fine floretta, though of a bright thread. The slimsiness of several of the French manufactures has greatly hurt their Trade with the Americans.
