Triumphs of Reform-From a calculation by a contemporary it appears that there is in England a majority of 85 Members, 9,938,569 of population, and 44,613,193 of property in favor of the reform measure. There is in Wales a majority of three Members, and 184,312 of population for, and 114,994 of property against the bill. In Scotland the majority for reform is likewise three members, and there is opposed to it a majority consisting of a population apparently of 103,270. The measure in Ireland has a glorious majority of 86 Members, and 8,651,834 of population. The correct amount of all these estimates will be found to give a gross majority of 127 members, and 13,504,775 of population, for "the Bill, the whole Bill; and nothing but the Bill."
