On Saturday evening Mr. Makall, Apothecary, in Oxford Street, was taken into custody by a warrant granted by the Secretaries of State, charged on the oath of Mr. Ingram, a Surgeon, and others, for being present in Bloomsbury Square, exciting the populace to burn and destroy the house, library &c. of Earl Mansfield. He was conveyed to Tothill Fields. His papers were secured by the officers. Yesterday morning he was brought up to the Publick Office in Bow Street, where he underwent a long examination; and was fully committed to take his trial at the Old Bailey on Wednesday the 28th instant.
