Mr. Makall, Apothecary in Oxford Street, was taken into custody by warrant from the Secretaries of State on the oath of Mr. Ingram, a Surgeon, and others, for being present in Bloomsbury Square exciting the populace to burn and destroy the house and library of Earl Mansfield. He was conveyed to Tothill Fields, his papers secured. The next morning he was examined at the Publick Office in Bow Street and committed.
