THE INDIANS.

ALBANY, SEPT. 7.

Our aboriginal neighbours, the Seven Nations of Canada, the Six Nations, and the Stockbridge tribe, at a late meeting at Buffalo, received communications from the Wabash Miami, and other Western nations, informing them, they meant to keep the chain of friendship with the United States bright, even in case of war between us and the French. We have a security for their fidelity, in the possession of the Western Posts, so honourably delivered to the United States by the British; in consequence of the Treaty with Great-Britain.
