INCORPORATING.
$100,000 Is The Capital Named.

The field owners of Cedar have been holding several meetings lately in the interest of their water rights, and in order to avoid unnecessary litigation and hard feelings which frequently grow out of an unsettled question, have concluded to incorporate under the name of the Coal Creek Reservoir and Irrigation company, with a capital stock of $100,000 divided into 10,000 shares at the par value of $1.00 each. The existence of the corporation is fifty years.

All rights to the use of the waters of Coal Creek and acknowledged by a majority of the water owners and the water commissioners, shall be received as capital stock in the company at the following rates, Primary 25 per acre of water rights, including all ditches, flumes, dams head gates etc., belonging to the several rights of water turned into the company, and shall be so credited to each subscriber to the articles.
