Our friends of the Gazette, after copying the notice which we gave a couple of weeks ago, of an addition to the family of our friend. Mr. -, says: "This little reinforcement of the editorial corps of the Advance, causes Isham to gush as follows, " making us to utter a pathetic piece of poetry. Bro. Smithee, you are somewhat mistaken. Our editorial corps has not been enlarged, and we have not " gushed nary once, " but we are almost as grateful as if we were a father, even though the Gazette has forced it upon us without our knowledge or consent Please take it back Smithee, the child was the property of Mr. and Mrs --, at whose house our editor boarded -Bentonville Advance All right, Isham We take it all back and beg pardon. It was mean enough, in the Gazette, to force upon Isham, at so early a period the baby, (and a girl at that), but to "gush" over in rhyme too, was simply outrageous. We are glad to make the correction, particularly on our young friend Isham's account, who has many friends in our city. Our advice, is for Hynes and Isham both, to keep quiet over the arrival of their neighbor's babys.
