Luigi Ligutti (left), recently named executive secretary of the National Catholic Rural Life Conference, will provide the main oratorical dishes at the annual Midland midwinter conferences at Milwaukee and Minneapolis this year. Mr. Lehner will speak to co-op directors, employees and members at the Midland plant in Milwaukee on the evening of Feb. 25. Msgr. Ligutti will speak at the Minneapolis meeting on March 11. Godfather of the cooperative homestead project at Granger, Ia., Msgr. Ligutti won national recognition as a co-op speaker with his talk at the Co-op League Congress in Chicago last October.
