FROM OUR CORRESPONDENT
Washington, March 19, 1812.

It appears by Crillon's account that Henry considered his services worth 32,000 sterling. The documents Henry bro't from England were under seal, from Lord Liverpool, directed to Sir Geo. Prevost, present governor of Canada, &c. There is a report here, that Henry broke the seal in presence of Monroe, secretary of state and Pinkney, attorney general!!! For the honour of our country, let us hope that even a democratic administration would not be guilty of such an act.
