LABOR BOARD RULING GETS COURT'S OKAY

WASHINGTON, Feb. 28. - The Supreme Court has sustained the Labor Board's orders directing two bus companies to withdraw recognition for collective bargaining purposes from labor organizations they purportedly formed and dominate.

Both Labor and Government attorneys studied the decision closely to determine the effect upon company unions.

The decision was made in the cases of the Pennsylvania Greyhound Lines, Inc., and Pacific Greyhound Lines. It was contended that when the Labor Board acted, no election had been held to determine whom the employees wished to represent them in collective bargaining and it was unfair to discriminate against the unions of company employees. The Court stated there was ample basis for the Board's conclusions.
