Argument in the War Over a Right of Way Begun.
ATLANTA, GA., Feb. 22.—Argument in the case of the Georgia Railroad and Banking Company against the Georgia, Carolina and Northern railroad was begun this morning in the supreme court. Judge Clark granted an order restraining the Georgia and Carolina road from using the right of way of the Georgia road. The road is now making an effort to have this injunction set aside. The case is one of importance, as it involves the entrance into the city of the Georgia, Carolina and Northern, which is now constructed to the corporate line, almost. The case is being watched with interest.
