Representative W. Scott and Miss Scott passed through the city en route for Kerrville.

Sheriff Robb and Will E. Race, a Bohemian. have arrived at the Menger hotel from Uvalde

Editor Barnhill, of the Fort Clark News, is in the city. Mr. Barnhill is one of the most popular young journalists of the State.
Senores Macedonio Gomez, Alfredo Gomez and N Macias. arrived from Mexico on the Laredo train, and are at the Menger hotel.
P. H. Tiernan, Esq., proprietor of one of the largest printing houses in Kansas City. Mo., is in the city, on a trip for the improvement of his health.
George Brockman of Junction city, formerly of Elinendorf & Co., is in the city, visiting friends and sweet-hearts. combining business with pleasure.
W. H. H. Bovkin and Mr. John Van Valkenberg, drummers of St. Louis. have arrived in the city and have their headquarters at the Hotel Maverick.
