HUNTING LICENSES

PHOENIX, Sept. 28-Receipts from the sale of hunting and fishing licenses during September probably will amount to $3,000, according to Wesley Hill, deputy state game warden. He said the receipts from that source for the entire year probably would amount to approximately $10,000. Mr. Hill said that receipts from the sale of licenses so far in September amounted to only $857.61, but he expected the total to be swelled considerably during the next few days.

He said that during September licenses amounting to $4,121 had been sent out to authorized agents for sale. In addition to these licenses, he said the agents had in their possession on September 1 licenses worth $50,923.09.
