"LAST OF MOHICANS" TO DIRECT PAGEANT

HAROLD TANTEQUIDGEON

Storrs, Conn., July 26-Harold Tantequidgeon, known from his radio program as the "Last of the Mohicans," who lives on his ancestral land at Mohegan Hill, Norwich, will direct the first act of the pageant, "Come to the Fair," at Connecticut State College, 8.30 p. m. July 29. His actors will be some fifteen members of his tribe living in that vicinity.

The pageant, given on the evening of Honorary Recognition Day in the State College Farm and Home Week, will have about 100 performers drawn from Tolland, Windham, and Hartford Counties. Miss Winifred R. Cheney, Assistant Professor of Recreation, is general chairman.
