NEW INDICTMENTS AGAINST CAPONE GANG

CHICAGO, June 14.—New indictments charging conspiracy to violate the prohibition laws are to be sought shortly against Al Capone and about eighty members of his syndicate, it was learned.

In the event of conviction, Capone may have another two years added to the eleven years imprisonment he is now serving. More than four thousand pages of evidence have been accumulated. Ralph Capone, Al's brother, serving three years for income tax fraud, is among those whose indictments will be sought.
