And because there was no available room in the Inn,
the manifestation of life of the new born King. in the world took place in a manger.
Could this not have made it easier for spiritual understanding to be extended to the lowly?
RIGHTEOUS JUDGMENT
"God Is Love." and He judges according to righteous judgment, based on divine Principle. Jesus came at a time when the lowly people were beaten down with materialism, and the physical so-called world(?) needed spiritualization. The scholars who had charge of the teaching of the youth, had a need to acquire a little more spiritual understanding. So he sent "His only begotten son,"
that the people should learn how to gain, and maintain some spiritual background.
BORN OUT OF SPIRIT
The Bible tells us, "Now, when Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judea in the days of Herod the king,
behold. there came wise men from the east to Jerusalem."
And when they had come into the house they saw the young child with Mary his mother. and fell down. and worshipped him: and when they had opened their treasures, they presented unto
him gifts; gold, and frankincense. and myrrh.
LEAN ON SPIRIT
Today, as in the days of yore, we should thank God,
that the living Christ is here.
And through the study of Christian Science, we can daily lean on the everlasting arms of Spirit through Christ Jesus. The human race can learn more about the Science of being. And through a little understanding, one can not only learn the cure, but also the preventive of every form of evil, and error.
GIFTS OF GOODNESS
The gifts which were offered were out of hearts of gratitude. because the Messiah would lift the children of men above materiality.
The expressions of gratitude came out of pure hearts, to the acknowledgement of the presence of the Christ child,
who would teach the people how to express Truth and Love, in demonstration. as well as in words, and he would teach the pure Science of being. And we still have it with us today. through the study of the Bible and of Christian Science. we learn how to know the Truth which makes us free.

Mrs. Eddy tells us, p. 128, S. & H.. "The term Science, properly understood, refers only to the laws of God and
