Accident Damage Claim Denied

Lloyd C. Dekle's claim for $10,458 for damages he alleged he suffered in a traffic accident in northern Imperial county last May 6, was denied by the county board of supervisors Monday.

The claim was denied when Supervisor B. M. Graham of the Brawley district said he had inspected a bridge Dekle said was a menace and found it wider than other bridges in the district and in his opinion was safe. Dekle alleged he was injured when a car driven by Pat Garcia plunged off a bridge into a canal on the Niland-Calipatria road
