A fifteen-year-old youth was apprehended by Atlanta police Tuesday for crimes perpetrated against another minor on February 15. The older boy robbed the other at gun point and then forced him to submit to sodomy.
The younger boy told the Atlanta police that he was on his way to the store for his mother at approximately 3:00 p.m. on the afternoon of the 15th, when the other boy approached him at the (Continued on Page 12)

Pretending he had a job for the younger boy, the older boy lured him into an alley where he robbed and assaulted him.
When the youth returned home, he told his story to his mother and she called the police. The boy was taken to Grady Hospital for examination and treatment.
Both the victim and the perpetrator were minors and their names are withheld by law.
