DISORDER IN CHILE SEEN

BUENOS AIRES, Oct. 17—United Press—Possibility of disorders having occurred were suggested today by incomplete despatches arriving from Chile, which apparently had been censored.

One despatch from a United Press correspondent said:

'Nothing new. Troops continue to guard the Moneda (government house). It is stated this is simply a measure of precaution to avoid disorders. Official information states all measures necessary for maintenance of order and discipline will be taken. Admiral Schroeder, director general of the navy arrived at noon.'
