Bowdoin College.
Sophomore week ended Saturday and nearly every freshman has been "hazed," the remainder to be this week.
The sophomore foot ball rush took place Friday morning and lasted just one hour and twenty-five minutes. The foot ball game in the afternoon resulted in a victory for the sophomores.
On Saturday morning came the rope pull in which the freshmen acquitted themselves nobly, winning three out of five pulls, rushing the rope off the campus on the third trial. In the after-noon was the ball game in which the freshmen put up a fine game until the seventh inning, the score being 2 to 1 in favor of the sophomores. The freshmen then got rattled, and the final score was 7 to 2 for the Sophomores.
