"The Democrat of 1832" (Dr. Hutchinson) is informed that the editor of this paper will be at home to-morrow evening, at which time he can see the lots and examine the title.
We saw Dr. Hutchinson on the morning of Wednesday and proposed to him to close in with the offer made by Mr. Sanders. At that time, he said he would not take it, but would bet on Buchanan. Before the boat upon which Mr. Sanders left, was out of sight, he appeared to accept the proposition, pulling out his watch in order that there might be no misapprehension as to the hour of his visit. Of course, the Dr. was not aware of Mr. Sanders' absence!
