Remarkable Confession of Fraud.

Kansas City, Jan. 3. - Thomas Canny, a judge of election in the Ninth ward, gave sensational testimony before Commissioner Evans, who is hearing evidence in the Jamison-Bremmerman contest for the office of county prosecutor. He declared that 217 ballots, which had already been voted for Republicans, were deliberately taken from the ballot box before the polls had closed and Democratic ballots substituting the name of Bremmerman for that of Jamison were put in their place and the Republican ballots destroyed.
