FIELD NURSE

Mrs. Della Mae Chavis—a new worker to assist in the fight against tuberculosis, Tallahassee, Fla., native—is shown above. She will make Jacksonville her headquarters.

Mrs. Chavis is a graduate nurse and, March 1, took up new duties as field nurse for the Division of Tuberculosis, State Board of Health. She will assist in a program of health education in the schools.

Mrs. Chavis is a graduate of Archibald Memorial Hospital, Thomasville, Georgia, and has recently been connected with the Leon County Health Unit in Tallahassee as visiting nurse.
