$35,000 Case
Dropped, But
Another Will Be Filed
At Early Date

A judgment of non-suit has been entered in the civil suit in Vance Superior Court in which C. M. Jones was asking $35,000 of the City of Henderson, for serious burns he received when the Staudt Bakery truck he was driving ran into a hole in North Garrett street last summer while the street was under construction.

While a non-suit was taken, it was learned that the action was taken so as to amend the complaint and make changes in it, and that a new suit will in all probability be filed in the next few months to be tried at the October term of Vance Superior Court. It is understood additional defendants may be named in the new complaint.
